Here at Secure Style, we provide expert and professional installations for all our clients. However, in the very rare case something goes wrong, we want to make sure you are fully covered.

Please write to us with the details of your complaint and we will carefully consider it. If you have not heard from us within two weeks, then you may pass your complaint to the DGCOS Scheme whose number is available on their website.

Our Complaints Procedure

  • All complaints receive an acknowledgement from SecureStyle within three working days
  • Your complaint will be investigated and passed on to our sales director to be reviewed
  • We aim to resolve your complaint and will contact you within five working days
  • Our sales director will contact you directly to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you prefer a site meeting can be arranged, or you can visit the showroom in person
